RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
FGZ Cosmetics UK offers its customers quality products, thus demonstrating the respect it has for its customers. With the aim of maintaining its credibility, as well as achieving consumer satisfaction, it created an Exchange and Returns Procedure.
General considerations
The return of products purchased on the website: https://fgzcosmetics.co.UK must be communicated to customer service (e-mail: info@FGZcosmetics.co.uk). Products returned without this communication or after the deadline will be resent without prior consultation.
Refuse to receive the product if: the packaging is open or damaged, if the product is damaged or not in accordance with the order. If, however, the product is inadvertently received, and one or more of the hypotheses described above are found to have occurred, please contact our customer service (e-mail: info@fgzcosmetics.co.uk ) within 3 working days .
The freight for the first exchange or return of an order is paid by Fgz Cosmetics UK ; The freight for successive exchanges of the same order will be charged.

Imotivated Exchange or Return
If you want to make the exchange directly with the Virtual Store, contact the customer service (e-mail: info@fgzcosmetics.co.uk ). It will be necessary to send the goods to the address of the Virtual Store as instructed by the attendant and after receiving and checking the goods, an exchange voucher email will be generated with the respective value. This value can only be used in the Virtual Store. If you prefer, request a refund of the product value via website for orders paid with a card and bank deposit or bill.
The deadline for making the exchange or return is up to 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Exchange of defective products
If the purchase was made in our virtual store, contact the service (e-mail: info@FGZcosmetics.co.uk), where an e-mail will be available for an exchange in the same value of the product or, at the discretion of the customer, with the reversal of the amount paid for the defective product, subject to the conditions below. Deadline for exercising the right: 14 days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer.
IMPORTANT: We remind you that the product must be accompanied by the original packaging and without any intervention that implies in the loss of the guarantee and accompanied by its packing list. All products will undergo a prior analysis that may take about 5 working days and, if the absence of the defect or non-compliance with any of the conditions already described is verified, the product will be sent back to the customer, with the freight being borne by the customer.
The exchange voucher e-mail generated by the Virtual Store is valid only for purchases on the website: https://fgzcosmetics.co.uk/
The deadline for reversing the purchase amount is up to 5 working days from the confirmation of the customer’s data and the positive report of the defect analysis, which takes around 5 working days from the receipt of the product.
Restitution
FGZ Cosmetics will refund the amounts paid, using the same payment method chosen in the purchase process.
In purchases made by Boleto, the refund will be made via MOIP, upon receipt of the returned order or product. The date and amount of the refund will be informed by email.
Purchases made by Credit Card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DINNERS, AMEX). The administrator of the respective card will be informed, where the reversal will occur within 10 business days or up to the two subsequent invoices, always via website
